Points Rules

Introduction

The Eshop Tunisia points system is designed to reward legitimate and useful activity on the platform, such as valid orders and authentic engagement.

How to earn points

Points are added to your account when eligible actions are validated under the platform rules.

Points from orders

Eligible orders may generate points after verification and completion. The number of points may depend on order value, product type, and the active rules at the time of purchase.

• Example: a valid completed order may add points to your balance after confirmation.
• Cancelled, rejected, or suspicious orders do not qualify for points.

Points from reviews

Helpful and authentic reviews may also generate points when that feature is enabled.

• Only genuine, relevant, and non-repetitive reviews are eligible.
• Spam, fake, or low-quality reviews may be rejected or penalized.

Point removal or loss

Points may be removed when the action that earned them is cancelled, invalidated, or found abusive.

Cancellations and invalidations

If an order is cancelled, rejected, or invalidated after points were granted, some or all related points may be removed from the balance. Points connected to an invalidated action may be deducted from the available balance.

• Example: if a credited order is later cancelled, the related points may be removed.
• Deductions may happen automatically or after manual review.
• Repeated abuse may lead to additional account restrictions.
• Support may review a case if there is a clear error.
• Final decisions remain subject to platform moderation and protection policies.

Restrictions

The points program does not allow artificial behavior or manipulation attempts.

Fraud

Any attempt to exploit, manipulate, or fraudulently generate points may result in point removal or account suspension.

Fake orders

Fake, duplicated, or system-manipulating orders are prohibited.

Using points

Point usage depends on active features, minimum thresholds, and the rules applied at the time of redemption.

Usage rules

• Points stay attached to the account that earned them.
• Points do not represent direct cash value unless explicitly stated in the app.
• Point transfers between accounts may be restricted or disallowed.
• We may adjust the program rules or mechanics when needed.
• Unusual point activity may trigger manual review.
• Continued use of the platform means acceptance of the points program rules.
